Rhonda McClendon
Rhonda D. McClendon earned bachelors degrees in both Business Administration and Accounting at West Georgia College in 1980 and has been a practicing CPA since 1984. She has extensive experience in many different areas of accounting including but not limited to teaching, professional consulting, forensic accounting and tax preparation. She started her career at what was then Williams & Murphy, PC and now is the managing and controlling partner of Rhonda D. McClendon & Associates. In addition to this, Mrs. McClendon has served on numerous boards and committees for various local establishments such as banks, churches, and hospitals. Mrs. McClendon is also a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, Society of Certified Public Accountants, and the Private Companies Practice Section of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants

Philip Sullivan
Phil earned his Bachelor of Business Administration degree from The University of Houston – University Park in Houston, Texas in 1985. Phil has been in public accounting since 1984. Prior to joining Rhonda D. McClendon and Associates in 2010, Phil’s experience has included several years with international, regional and local public accounting firms in Houston, TX, Birmingham, AL and Fayetteville, GA. He has extensive experience in several areas of taxation. He also has several years of experience as an auditor. Phil is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the Georgia Society of Certified Public Accountants and the Tax Section of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.

Nancy Bollinger
Nancy has over 30 years experience in tax, audit and small business consulting. She was a partner in the firm of Sokolow & Bollinger, CPAs, P.A. in Fort Lauderdale until 2001 when she relocated to Georgia. Her experience includes preparation of corporate, individual, partnership, employee benefit, nonprofit, trust and estate tax returns. She has experience in auditing nonprofit, governmental, manufacturing, construction and retail entities. In addition, she served as a part-time adjunct professor at Florida Atlantic University in Boca Raton, Florida for eight years where she taught Intermediate, Advanced and Cost accounting. Nancy was an honor graduate of Florida Atlantic University where she earned a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in 1972. Before joining Rhonda D. McClendon and Associates, P.C in 2010, she worked with CPA firms located in Peachtree City and Newnan, Georgia.

Kelly Bollinger
Kelly Bollinger began her accounting career with a local accounting firm in Peachtree City where she worked for nine years and quickly became the head of the accounting department. In 1993 Kelly graduated from Florida Atlantic University with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting. After graduation, Kelly became a controller for a local law firm in Peachtree City and simultaneously studied for and passed the CPA exam. Kelly began working with Rhonda McClendon in 2005 and has been with Rhonda D. McClendon & Associates PC since our inception.

Jean Lawrence
Jean began her accounting career in the private sector working with a local manufacturing company in Newnan. She was employed there for twenty years and was involved in many various areas of accounting. In 2007 Jean received her Associates degree in Accounting from West Central Technical College, and in 2009 she received her Bachelor’s degree in General Technical Management with Emphasis in Accounting from DeVry University. Jean is currently pursuing her Masters in Accounting from Keller Graduate School of Management. Jean began working with Rhonda D. McClendon & Associates PC in 2005.

Noreen Holcomb
Noreen began her accounting career as a bookkeeper for the Coweta County School System where she worked for 10 years. She has experience in several areas of accounting, including bookkeeping, payroll, and budgeting. She completed courses in accounting & numerous software packages. She began working with Rhonda D. McClendon & Associates, PC in 2011.

Paula Hooks
After receiving her undergraduate degree in Business Administration, Paula Hooks worked for two Fortune 500 companies before joining the Murphy & McClendon, CPA firm in 2005. She worked until late 2008 when she left to pursue other interests. She returned in 2010 to work with Rhonda D. McClendon and Associates as their receptionist and firm assistant.

Harris Cook
Harris is a graduate of Newnan High School and earned his Bachelor of Arts from Mercer University. He is currently attending The State University of West Georgia where he is pursuing his Masters degree in Accounting. Harris has been working with Rhonda D. McClendon & Associates PC since 2007.
