Providing up to date, timely, and accurate financial statements is a service that our firm practices. We have a full service, permanently staffed accounting department that collectively is staffed with para-professionals who prepare our client’s monthly financial statements. These services include:
- General ledger and financial statement preparation
- Bookkeeping – Monthly or Quarterly
- Accounting services for the start up of businesses
- Preparation of sales and use income tax returns for sales tax
- Preparation of business income tax returns
- Preparation of Personal Property Tax and Business license forms
Audits & Reviews
We provide financial reporting on all three areas of assurance:
- Audit – An extremely intensive engagement wit the highest degree of assurance
- Review – Analytical procedures are used, and the statements are presented with a limited degree of assurance.
- Compilation – The actual services that we provide are enumerated above under Accounting Services. These statements are the representation of management, and are presented with no assurance.
Business Entity Selection
We assist you in choosing the form of entity that you want for your business. The differences between a sole proprietorship, a joint venture, a partnership, a limited liability company, a Sub-Chapter S Corporation, or a corporation can have far reaching affects upon your business. We will explain the tax implication of each entity type, but we recommend legal counsel for advice concerning personal liability protection.
Consulting Services

We prepare individual, corporate, partnership, and fiduciary income tax returns. We believe that your taxes can be cut to the minimum by planning and working in partnership with you using the Internal Revenue Code. While we will not take a tax position that is frivolous or has not basis in Tax Law, we are your advocate, and will help you cut your taxes using our extensive knowledge of tax legislation.
Bookkeeping Services
During this uncertain economic time, it is less expensive for us to prepare your monthly financial statements (see Accounting Services) than to hire a bookkeeper and pay their salary and fringe benefits. Therefore, we are positioned to give you quality accounting services for a reasonable, set amount that will fit your budget.
Cash Flow & Budget Analysis
Businesses can be very profitable, but run into cash flow issues. We are able to forecast your company’s position, track cash flow sources and provide the most effective methods to free cash from your operations.
IRS Representation
We have extensive experience with the IRS and other taxing authorities, and have achieved a high level of competence that can assure our clients that we are capable of representing them during complex and extensive audits, as well as resolving tax notices received by the client.
Payroll Services
Whether you’re a small or large-sized business, payroll administration should never be a burden. We provide high volume payroll services with a 2 hour turn-around to our bookkeeping clients. If you wish to prepare your own payroll, we can teach you how to do so, and can either prepare your quarterly reports, W-2's, or 1099's.
Retirement Planning
We enjoy retirement planning, as this is a way that we can help our clients determine how much they need for retirement, and then assist them in getting to that place.
